Delivery  Policy

Step 1: Select the essential small appliance you need.

Step 2: Select the number of days you wish to rent the appliance for.

Step 3: Select any necessary supplies or shop for your favorite K-Cup coffee pod.

Step 4: Enter the address for delivery.

Step 5: Select whether or not to include Airport drop-off at time of equipment         

              pick-up.

  • In the case of a K-Cup Pod-only delivery 

    • Minimum purchase of 10 pods is required

    • No airport drop-off is available. 

Step 6: Enjoy your stay!

Return Policy

Please call 702.957.6076 24 hours prior to your equipment pick-up to arrange for rental returns if you want a free airport drop-off if you did not include it in your initial request.  

 

When renting these items, you agree to arrange for the rental return pick-ups.  Preferably at the time of placing your order and from the initial drop-off location. 

 

Failure to return the items will subject you to a replacement charge for the unreturned items which can range from $19.99 to $129.99.   Depending on the item you failed to return.   A routine pick-up will be attempted, at the front desk of your hotel, if the item is not available for pick-up when the driver arrives it will be documented as not returned.  You agree to accept this charge as failure to meet this obligation.

 

 

Delivery Fee is per order delivered, not per item ordered.
 
$7.99 Standard delivery includes rental drop off and pick-up.  In the case of a K-Cup Pod-only delivery, a minimum purchase of 10 pods is required. 
 








To ensure the prompt pickup of our rental equipment, we offer a free, one-way airport drop-off at time of rental pickup.   The option for an airport drop-off is available on all equipment delivery orders only.
