Store Policy

It is important that you check to see if the establishment you visit is ok with the use of small appliances in your room.  If so, please follow these instructions to ensure a timely delivery.

Step 1: Select the essential small appliance you need.

Step 2: Select the number of days you wish to rent the appliance for.

Step 3: Select any necessary supplies or shop for your favorite K-Cup coffee pod or ground coffees.

Step 4: Enter the address for delivery and pick-up. 

Step 5: Select whether or not you want an airport drop-off at the time of rental pick-up. ​

We will attempt to deliver the small appliance as soon as possible.  But please allow for up to 2 hours to receive drop-off.  Once your order is in route you will receive a text with an estimated time of arrival.  Once the driver has reached your location, an additional text will mention they have arrived.  The most common location for pick-up is the front desk, food or rideshare pick-up location for your particular establishment, unless otherwise prearranged.
